Garmin Forerunner 230 Battery Replacement

I have a Garmin 235 since October 2016 and very happy with it. However for the past week the battery life has decreased dramatically. Before it was like 5 or even maybe 6 / 7 hours baterry life (I am talking for running activities) and now it's not even 3 hours.
