Being a Bandit King is some of the funnest gameplay i've had in Mount and Blade. Bannerlord. The fact that my Forest Bandits and Highwaymen do MASSIVE damage and is actually a viable strategy to stack them has made this game so fun while waiting for Disciplinarian. Feels good to ambush a lord in the forest and watch their troops melt like
Huscarls are the ultimate siege tools, just train up a load and throw them in to combat and watch the defenders crumple. Swadian knights are a good compromise to huscals as mentioned and Rhodok sharpshooters are vital to whittle down defenders. Also if you can, get your self made marshal.
Bannerlord multiplayer is dead as hell and hasn't gotten any major updates since the start of early access. 1. plaid_pvcpipe. • 3 yr. ago. No. If you want to get Mount and Blade, get it for Singleplayer. It’s fun, but PVP is not the highlight. Captain battle mode is quite fun though.
1- When trading to build income stay away from the prices stuff like jewels and velvet. Instead stick to grain, fish, etc. A good rule of thumb is buying for under 10. Mules and pack animals increase your weight by 100. Try to buy them for around 80 gold. 2- Fight in Tournaments to build renown.
Sarranid Sultanate - Home of the finest cavalry in all the land, the fastest shooting archers who are the most dangerous ranged unit in the game when in numbers, and the most beautiful women in Calradia. Masters of all forms of combat. Infantry are what the Nords are attempting to be, but without the cowardice of the Huscarl's shield.

My up hill battle tactic: Place your archers on the slope of the hill that faces the enemy, as high to the arc of the hill as possible. Repeat "Stand Closer" command 3 times. This way mounted units takes a longer while to reach them, and they have "the drop" on the units incoming.
Some additional pictures of the Nanban Trade Ship and the Black Ship that you can sail in the Shokuho mod for Mount and Blade Bannerlord (without cannons and other props) r/Bannerlord • These are the best looking helmets in the game.
The first two traits in the Leadership skill give the following: Combat Tips: +15xp per day to party and "Increase recruit level of units of the same culture with you from NPCs". Raise the Meek: +30xp per day to all tier 1-2-3 troops and, when governor, +5xp per day to troops in the garrison. I took Combat Tips but I'm not sure what "increase
Here are my noob tips: Hit the melee arena in town until you level up a bit. Unless you have some odd mod, the damage you take is temporary, and goes away afterwards. You can also talk to the trainer at any training grounds which gets you extra exp, but the arena is handy, and it gives you some easy cash.
imo there’s two ways to go about it. like others have mentioned you can get other lords to join your kingdom to bolster your forces. Or if you’re at end game and vlandia is like the last faction just execute all of them. 3 parties of 600 plus a part of 1000 is ~28 lords right there. 1. r/Bannerlord.
A subreddit and community for the Mount & Blade series, created by TaleWorlds Entertainment. Members Online Posting a meme every day until people stop bribing me day 118(I am incapable of normal runs after doing nothing but Fian+KG for my first 10 games. or in Warband I only did Swadian Knights)
Quest 1: Establish your clan. Do this quest as you progress through your first clan tier. Quest 2: Investigate Neretzes' Folly. You need to do this quest slowly as you progress through clan tiers 1-3. Take part in your normal adventures as a mercenary or a vassal, and if you encounter a lord involved in this quest, talk to them.
Let's share tips and tricks. I'm 500+ hours into this game and I'm still learning new things. I feel like it's helpful for people to share what they have learned because there's no official guide out there that tells you this stuff. Please share things you have learned that you think people may not know. I will share a few.
The one by Ancientwanker for 0.808 is the old one. (it has single money and simple campaign) The 3.x one for 1.033 or so is the new one. (it has per-faction money and is generally way overcomplicated) Expanded Gameplay III is my favorite mod. It doesn't change the base gameplay much except makes everything harder.
